3. Website Hosting

We strive to maintain high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.

3.2 Resource Usage

Clients must use hosting resources responsibly. Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth usage may require an upgrade or may be restricted.

3.3 Prohibited Content

Hosting accounts may not contain illegal, harmful, or abusive content, including malware, spam tools, or copyrighted materials without permission.

3.4 Backups

We perform routine backups, but clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies. We are not liable for data loss.

4. Domain Registration

4.1 Availability

Domain registration is subject to availability and approval by relevant registries.

4.2 Pricing

Domain pricing may change according to registry fees. Clients will be informed of pricing adjustments before renewal.

4.3 Renewals

Clients are responsible for renewing domains before expiry. Failure to renew may result in loss of the domain.

4.4 Transfers

Domain transfer requests must be made in advance and may require additional verification.

5. Billing and Payments

5.1 Invoices

Invoices must be paid on or before the due date.

5.2 Suspensions

Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

5.3 Refunds

Domain purchases, SSL certificates, and completed development work are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, website content, login details, and any required documents in a timely manner. Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

7. Liability

We are not liable for technical failures, data loss, security breaches, downtime, or any damages caused by third parties or factors beyond our control.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

-violation of these terms

-hosting of illegal or harmful content

-abusive behavior toward staff

-repeated payment issues

-Clients may cancel services at any time but no refunds will be issued for unused periods.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our official platforms.
